Re-Roofing In SCOTTSDALE

We serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Glendale, Queen Creek, and Tempe

No matter how well a roof is maintained or how durable the materials, it will need to be replaced sooner or later. The decisions you need to make are: when to do it to avoid lasting damage, and who you’ll choose to do the work.

Regardless of how old your roof is or what material it’s made of, at Irish Roofing, we’ll find the best way to re-roof your property at the best price. And, you’ll know you can rest easy knowing you have a roof that will last.

When you’re choosing a roofing contractor, look out for uninsured and unlicensed service providers. They can end up costing you much more money in the long run. Working with a local contractor also helps by keeping communication streamlined and easy. Don’t trust a contractor if they don’t want to give you an estimate.

We know how important it is for our customers to feel like they can communicate their concerns to us. That’s why we’re committed to an honest and professional approach with customer satisfaction as a core value.

How to Decide When to Replace Your Roof

  • Leaks are one of the most common reasons for roof replacement. Small leaks can sometimes be repaired, but extensive leakage usually calls for a replacement.

  • The age of your roof is also an excellent way to decide if it’s time for a replacement. Roofs older than 20 years are probably reaching the end of their lifespan.

  • If you notice any curling shingles, it’s almost always a sign that the roof needs to be replaced. Curling shingles can quickly lead to substantial leaks.

  • If you have an asphalt roof and notice granules missing in any section, you may need to replace your roof. If it’s localized damage, it may be repairable, but otherwise, a replacement is in order.
